The Quoox Management Portal is accessed at https://my.quoox.com/
This is the login for employees; managers; and members that cannot access the Quoox mobile app.
Upon accessing the portal, the login screen will be displayed, as below. To login:
1. Select the name of your training centre in the business name box.
To do this, start typing your centre’s name. After 3-4 characters a list of matching centres will be displayed.
Select your centre from the list.
2. Enter your email address, as registered with the Quoox system.
3. Enter your password, as setup by your centre.
If you do not know your password, you can click ‘Lost Password’ and follow the lost password process.
4. Click the checkbox in the reCAPTCHA box, as wait for the tick to display.
You might occasionally be asked to answer a visual question.
This process ensures that the Quoox system is secure from automated attacks, and your data is safe.
5. If you wish, click the “Remember Me” checkbox. This will remember your centre and email address for next time.
6. Finally, click “Sign In”. The Quoox system will then validate your account and, if your login information is correct, you will be taken to the Quoox Dashboard.

If you are a gym member and would like access to Quoox to arrange your bookings and view your personal information, please contact a member of staff at your training centre.
