Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can get help from our support team through the Quoox platform.
So let’s start by logging in. We’re gonna go to my.quoox.com. We’re gonna log in as always and confirm we’re not a robot, and that will take us to our main dashboard.
Now what you’ll see straight away on the top right-hand side is we’ve got a nice bright orange button that says Help. You can click here and it will take you to the get help with Quoox page within your platform. You’ll see that we’ve got a number of steps, one to three.
Step one is to look at our Knowledge Base, which is essentially where you’ll be finding these videos. So hopefully, you’ll find the answer there in the first instance, which is great.
Otherwise, you can log a ticket via the help desk, and someone within the support team that sees that will be able to get back to you. When raising a ticket, as mentioned here, please just provide as much information as possible. That way we can help you as quickly as possible in return. And you can do that by clicking create a new support ticket at the bottom here. You can also view all of your old and existing or current support tickets by viewing my support tickets as well. And again, if you don’t click that link, you can access the Knowledge Base at the bottom.
The third option is if you feel that you need a bit more support, maybe a more in depth view or help setting something up, for example, you can then book an account manager review. You can schedule that using the button at the bottom on the right-hand side, and then you’ll be able to access our calendar and see if you can get some time in the diary to do that. So that’s the first way.
The next way is let’s say you’re in the middle of something and you’re looking at a member, for example. You might have a question around something in the member listing, maybe something around how to manage the member.
All you need to do is click on the arrow next to your name and your facility name on the top right-hand side, and you’ll see Help. What that does is opens a new page, takes you to our Knowledge Base, and essentially takes you to the most relevant support page or document, if you will, or video that we believe you might be looking for.
So this one, for example, is taking us to adding and listing members. Whereas if we click into a member and follow the same process of dropdown and Help, it will take us to: An overview of the member profile.
So if it’s something specific to what you’re doing there and then, click the dropdown at the top by your name and click on Help, and it will take you to the most relevant page where we’ll either have an article or a video on how to help you.
