Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you how to set up and/or change pre-session checks and temperatures, specifically related to COVID-19, and if you got to use it, how to do it. So let’s start by looking into our platform.
We’re gonna go to my.quoox.com. We’re gonna log in to the main dashboard. We’re gonna prove that we’re not a robot by clicking the backend of a motorcycle, and then we’re gonna sign in. Okay, now we’re in our main dashboard. We’re gonna navigate over to the left hand side menu. We’re gonna move my little bobble head out of the way, and we’re gonna click on settings.
Now, this is our main system settings list, okay. So we’re gonna ignore the majority for now, but there’ll be another video to explain all of the different functions of the system settings. Right now, though, we’re gonna scroll straight down to the bottom and we’ll see COVID-19 settings.
Now you have two options. You can roll call data capture, and you can confirm pre-session checks. Now at the moment, it’s set up as no, but for the purpose of this demo, we’ll set it up as yes, and then we’re gonna save. And essentially what that means is you can record temperatures and you can confirm any pre-session checks that you’ve agreed during your COVID-19 guidelines have been done. So let me show you how you can make sure that that’s as you need it to be.
So now we’ve saved our roll call options. We’re gonna move my bobble head out of the way again, and we’re gonna go into the secondary menu and click on “System templates”. Within here, we’re gonna go to the first template, which is the “Business: The narrative displayed in roll call for a pre-session check.”
We’re gonna click on the pencil to edit on the right hand side, and you see that the subject is COVID-19 Pre-session Checks. You can have a merge field that tailors it to the member who’s doing the roll calls name. And then it’s your responsibility to ensure that all checks and procedures have been provided, have been completed, sorry, prior to the start of the session.
Now you can change this and you can put in the information that you need or checklist that you would require, for example, but this is essentially covering the cleanliness and awareness. And that includes making sure that COVID-19 cleaning has taken place, for example.
So we’re gonna save that and come out and I’m gonna show you what it looks like with these checks on the roll call.
So we’re gonna go to our main menu and click on schedule. We’re gonna go into our small group training at 12:00 PM today, and we’re gonna roll call. Now, as soon as I open to conduct the roll call, you’ll see that the COVID-19 declaration has been completed by Anita, and I’ve been prompted to check their temperature. Now you can skip this if you wish, but we’ve set this as a requirement.
So let’s say that we’re going to put their body temperature as normal and any optional notes, if you need to, and we’re gonna mark as attended. We can now see here that there’s some additional injuries and further information, but go ahead and watch my roll call video for more information on what all of that means. And again, you can log the temperature for Chris and mark them as attended, and roll call’s complete.
So essentially by setting the option to yes, under the COVID-19 declaration in your system settings, you’re ensuring that your PT or person running the session is capturing the data to ensure that there’s no risks of COVID in your facility.
