Hi. Welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m going to show you how we upload your members to your Quoox portal and talk you through the process.
So we’re gonna start off by going to support.quoox.com and while that’s loading, it’s worth bearing in mind that you will get a link to download this spreadsheet in your welcome email, but if like me, you’ve got a tendency to delete lots of them, then this is the secondary place to go.
So we’re gonna go into the search bar and we’re gonna search “member import template”. That’s gonna take you straight to the correct page. And within here, you’ve also got the directions and information if you don’t want to watch a video of me for the next couple of minutes.
If you do, then what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna click “Quoox member import spreadsheet”. That’s gonna automatically download at the bottom of our screen, and I’m gonna show you that spreadsheet now and the formatting that comes within it.
What you’ll see here in this spreadsheet is that we’ve already populated the fields that we need to get them uploaded to the system correctly for you. If you can fill in as much information as possible, that’d be great.
The main things that you need filled in are their title, first and last name, “known as” is always great, because that just helps from a member satisfaction perspective, and then we need their email and their mobile number. They are the minimal amounts of information that we need in this spreadsheet when you send it back to us. If you can fill it all in, then great. You might be able to download the information from your system currently, and then you can kind of format it into this spreadsheet for us.
If you could then save it as the name of your facility and member import, you can then raise a ticket, here. If you’re already logged into your portal, you can go to the usual location of Quoox account > support tickets, and create a new ticket, which you can see in this description here, and then you can send that over to us.
Once we received your member upload spreadsheet, we’ll then be able to do that within one working day for you, so it’s worth pre-planning this and bearing in mind your go live date, so that we get it in time to be able to do that for you.
One other thing worth noting is the welcome email that automatically goes out via the system won’t get sent to the members uploaded in this format, mainly because it might not coincide with your go live date. So if that’s something that you want to do, you can raise a new ticket and ask us to do that in bulk for you, and then any subsequent members that you add to the system thereafter, so any new members, for example, after you go live, that welcome email will go out automatically.
