Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, we’re going to cover off how to change the capacity of a session that’s already in your schedule, basically. It’s becoming a frequently asked question. So hopefully this video helps if it comes up for you.
So, let’s start by going to my.quoox.com and logging into our main Dashboard.
Chapter 1: Locating Sessions & Events
And then what we’re going to do is we’re going to navigate over to the Main Menu and go into Settings.
And then we’re going to go into Sessions & Events.
Now it’s worth noting if you haven’t set up your Quoox’s account yet, please, please go back in through to the onboarding videos and you’ll be able to create a session there and then the schedule. This is definitely relevant for those who have already got sessions in their calendar. So, feel free to watch on if you wish, but this will show you how to do it in the future. But essentially when you create a session and then a schedule for that session, you put in your capacity for that, for that session.
Chapter 2: Editing A Session Capacity
So let’s use Small Group Training as an example.
I’m going to click in to edit that. Now it says here in my description, a maximum of four clients to one coach, we can actually now increase that to six.
So what I’m going to do is go ahead and change my capacity on the Schedule.
I’m going to edit that Schedule and I’m going to change what my maximum capacity is to six. Okay.
So I’ve gone to Sessions & Events into the session that I want to increase the capacity for and then I’ve amended the schedule that is relevant to as well. Okay. ‘Cause you might have different schedules for different days of the week or times, so make sure you do it, for all of the relevant ones.
Now, the system is nice and helpful, and it tells us that there’s an important note on this.
So, ‘Session re-sync may take a couple of minutes to reflect in your schedule’.
Chapter 3: Setting Date Of Change
And essentially this action will update all existing sessions that are scheduled on or after tomorrow.
Now you can change that to today, but currently it’s past 9:00 am. So that won’t affect any past sessions. It will only amend future sessions. Okay. So keep that in mind. If you’re doing this in advance, which is great, and what we like to here, then you might select the action that starts from next week that you can have two more people on the session.
If you click to apply this actual update to all existing sessions, this will, the system will do that automatically for you. And you can click Update.
What you’ll see now, is that the schedule’s maximum capacity is six.
Hopefully that’s helped answer your question. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch or feel free to check out my other videos @support.quoox.com.
