Hi there and welcome to today’s video.
What we’re going to be going through today is some of the new functionality that has been added to the Fitness hub and how you can now see the membership that you have. Also your credits and your credit usage breakdown.
So the first thing we’re going to need to be doing is selecting a member and logging in as them to the fitness hub. So I’m going to go to Manage members, I’m going to select Aaron Aaronson from here, and then Actions and Log into Fitness Hub as this member. So this will be the view that your clients and members get.
So from the tabs alongside along the top here, we’re going to select my account and then we’re going to select membership slash credits. Now what this does is this brings us to an overview of our membership. We can see the membership that we’ve got. So in this case of Aaron, it’s the Platinum membership. We can see the start date, we can see if it’s set to Renew, we can see when our last credits were issued, when our next credits are due to be issued. And we can also see our credit cycle as well, which is set to monthly.
Over onto the right side here, we get our payment plan, see that that’s due to occur on the first of each month. We can see our last payment was on the 1st of March, and our next payment is on the first of April for £99. And it also displays the method of payment as well as we know that our payment cycle is monthly on the first, and that is all of the sort of overview information of the membership that we have.
So we now want to see some more detail regarding our actual credit usage. What we’re going to do for this is we’re going to click credits. As we can see here, as a part of our platinum membership, Aaron gets two credit packs. So in the first credit pack we’ve got here, we can see that this was valid from the 22nd of February, the 21st of March, 2024. We can see this is usable at any venue and we can also see what sessions this is usable for.
What we can also see from here is that one credit has been used because we have seven of eight available. So if we’re looking for some more detail and information on that, what we can do is we can click View Usage. And in here what we can see is we can see a credit was used on the 13th of March, the four o’clock to the 4:45 small group, one to four session. And we can see that Aaron has been marked as attended for that session and therefore used one credit.
What we can see here is that another session was booked on the 20th of March for 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM We can see it was for the same session type as well, the small group, one to four. But what we can see with this one is that it was cancelled and it was cancelled by staff. Now we’ll get some information regarding how that credit was used in each different scenario. So you could potentially see here cancelled by staff, cancelled by member, attended, and you would also see booked if they have a session booked, but they’re yet to be marked as attended for that session.
If we click this button here and return to credits listing. And then if we click again to return to membership listing, what we can do is we can click a few ad hoc credits and we can see any ad hoc credits that have been brought or assigned to Aaron that are not a part of this platinum membership. If we were to click a view ad hoc credits, so Aaron hasn’t been assigned any ad hoc credits that have been used, but if he did have some ad hoc credits and they had been used, we would see those in here in the same sort of view, in the same format as we saw the previous credit pack.
