In this course of videos, we’re looking at the FitnessHub from a member’s perspective, and we’re now looking at My Account.
Now, within the My Account section, I can see my full booking history as a member. So, if I click into that, I can see everything from historical sessions and events from the past 12 months, and I can also see the status of those events or sessions.
So, I can see whether I was a late cancellation, not ideal! Or whether I attended or cancelled early for all of those sessions.
So, you can see there’s quite a lot of information here, but essentially if I needed to look at a backlog or a history of any sessions I was booked onto, I can see it under My Account and Booking History.
