The Meta (Facebook) Pixel can be used throughout your FitnessHub and Campaigns to track your visitors’ activities. This helps you to identify Meta (Facebook) users and see how they interact with the content on your page.

Setting up your Pixel

If you have access to your website’s code, you can add the Facebook pixel yourself. First, install the Facebook pixel then simply place the Facebook pixel base code on all pages of your website. Then add standard events to the pixel code on the pages of your website, such as your sign-up or donate page.

Registering your FitnessHub site with Facebook

To ensure that the pixel works as expected, you need to register your site with Meta (Facebook).

1. 1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
   2. From the top three-line menu, select ‘Business Settings’.
   3. From the side menu, select ‘Brand Safety and Suitability’ and then ‘Domains’.
   4. Click ‘Add’ and ‘Create a new domain’ and then insert your FitnessHub domain.

Once you’ve added the relevant domain, you will be given a unique code to use and you will now need to login to your Quoox platform.

1. Login to https://my.quoox.com/login.aspx?r=%2f
2. From the left side menu, select ‘Settings’ and from the sub-menu select ‘FitnessHub Microsite’.
3. Scroll down until you see ‘Facebook Domain Validation’ and insert your unique code into the empty text field.
4. Ensure you press ‘save’.

 

Meta Pixel – Singular Campaign Integration

In this section we’re going to be going over how to add your Meta Pixel to a campaign within Quoox.

1. Login to https://my.quoox.com/login.aspx?r=%2f
2. Select ‘Connect & Promote’ from the left side menu and then select ‘Campaigns’.
3. Locate the relevant campaign and select the ‘edit’ option.
4. Click the ‘landing pages’ tab and towards the bottom of the page, you will see empty fields for your Pixel I.D.
5. Paste your Pixel I.D into the empty fields and press save.

 

Meta Pixel – FitnessHub site integration

In this section we’re going to be going over how to add your Meta Pixel to your FitnessHub in Quoox.

1. Login to https://my.quoox.com/login.aspx?r=%2f
2. From the left side menu, select ‘Settings’ and from the sub-menu, select ‘FitnessHub Microsite’.
3. Scroll down until you see ‘Tracking’ and insert your unique code into the relevant ‘Facebook Pixel’ empty text field.
4. Paste your Pixel I.D into the empty text field and press save.
