Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m going to show you how to create a session for your classes to add to your schedule.
So we’re going to start as always at my.quoox.com. We’re gonna login to our Quoox Platform, and take us to the dashboard. And then we’re gonna follow the process of going through the menu. Clicking on Settings, in our secondary menu, we’re going to click on Sessions and Events, and we’re gonna go ahead and add a session.
If you’ve watched my previous video, you’ll know that adding a session out of the options here is probably going to be the most used option. And that will be to add your classes to your schedule, such as Spin, HIIT, et cetera, et cetera.
So, let’s go ahead and add a session. The most, important thing here really is to put as much information as possible so that your members know exactly what they’re signing up for. So let’s put that we’re having a Spin Session. How would you describe this event? Let’s call it a High Intensity Spin class.
Now, it says optionally upload a photograph. I would definitely upload a photograph. It really helps visualise what the event is. It’s just important because it pulls into the FitnessHub, and it shows on your app as well. So it just helps visualise the, event or the class that your members are signing up for. Edit how long the session/event/class will last. 45 minutes. Set what level of class this is, you can set any level.
If you want to assign a highlight colour you can, you can really be as detailed and as, add as much as you like. You’ll have set up credit packs already to add to your memberships.
So, what is the credit cost for eligible members? And if there’s a purchase cost, if all of your members are using credit packs, I suggest you use one credit. Put the purchase costs at zero, which means the tax included is zero. If you were to allow pay as you go customers. That’s when you’d assign a purchase cost to a credit, but that’s completely up to you and depends on what you do at your facility, and your memberships.
I would always leave the tick selected for allow those without memberships. It may be that you have someone that’s changed a membership, there in between, and they still have credits available. So, I’d leave that checked.
Now you can select which memberships can, like go to these events. So it may be that you have memberships that are gym only, and don’t have access to all the classes. It may be that everybody has access no matter what membership. So you can select that here. So let’s say our VIP membership has access to all classes, gym, pool, and spa, for example, and you want it to be members only or where we’ve selected those without memberships, it’s completely up to you what you select here.
You can apply a RoboNudge. But, if you haven’t set any up, it will come up with no automated reminders. So that’s up to you. There’ll be another video in the university to do that, and set up at a later date.
Once you filled out all the information, you click Save.
It will have created the session for you. And then, it will allow you to create schedules for this class. And that will be covered on our next video on Quoox University.
