Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’re looking at frequently asked questions, and one that pops up is how do I create a booking? So I’m gonna show you how to do that now.
We’re gonna go to my.quoox.com, and we’re already logged into our dashboard, which is great, super speedy. And then we’re gonna go over to the menu on the left-hand side, and we’re gonna click straight into “Schedule”. Now, you’ll see that I’ve got my schedule here for today, and I’ve got a member that I want to add to Foundations at 11:00.
So what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna right click on Foundations, and I’m going to view and edit bookings. Now, here I can see that Casey’s been added, he’s booked. But I know that there’s a member that I want to add on, so I’m going to book a member.
I’m going to choose which member that is, so it’s Ollie that needs to be added. And then I can add the member to the attendee list using this green button here. Now this takes me to the processing of the booking and it gives me information based on Ollie’s membership.
So I can see that even as an admin, I can’t book Ollie in with credits because he doesn’t have sufficient credits, and that’s the reason why we’re booking him on today. So we can either book him on with a credit or debit card that he’ll have attributed to his account if he’s set one up.
It may be an offline method, so you have the drop down of cash, a cheque, a bank transfer, maybe they’ve got customer credit, or another offline method that you may have agreed. Or it might be that we know he’s run out of credits, maybe he got them pro rata and is a new member, and we’re gonna give him a complimentary session.
So for the sake of this demo, let’s be nice, and we’re gonna give him a complimentary session. And we’ll see that then we come to the confirmation page. So Ollie’s going to be provided the session without charge. We can provide the reason for the complimentary session. So maybe it’s an error with credits, for example, it could be anything. It might just be because you feel like it today or is a trial of the class. Maybe it’s free to members to have a free taster session. This might be another reason why you’d add members yourself.
Now that we’ve given a reason, and we confirm that we’re happy that he’s getting this for a complimentary session, we’re gonna click next.
We’ll see what member we’ve added. We’ll be able to reconfirm what class they’ve been booked on and what the cost was, and that we’ve been able to successfully add the member to the session. We can click finish.
Now, you’ll see that Ollie’s been added to the members list and he’s been booked onto the session.
If you have any other questions on how to add a member, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or go to support.quoox.com. I’ll see you on the next video, thanks.
