The Quoox Marketplace is currently in its first release stage, where access to seller functionality is available to select vendors upon application only.
If you are interested in becoming a Marketplace vendor, please contact us, outlining the nature of the content you would wish to provide and, if possible, providing a sample.
For the second release stage of Marketplace, any Quoox customer will be automatically eligible for operating as a Marketplace vendor (subject to agreement and compliance with the Marketplace terms & conditions).
Marketplace vendors have the ability to offer the following resource types through the Marketplace:
- Document resources, from the content library
- FitFlix videos
- Individual XRcize exercises, with (optional) videos
- Individual XRcize sessions
- XRcize programs
- Nurturing programs
- Forms/Questionnaires
- Campaigns
Branding: An extra feature for sharing document resources (unique to Quoox) is the ability to “overbrand” the document with the branding of the purchasing customer. For example, if you created a healthy eating cookbook, Quoox is able to automatically overbrand this with the logo and other information from the buyer. They may then onward provide this to their members, with their branding all intact.
Signing-Up
If you wish to become a Quoox Marketplace vendor, and the option is open to you, signing up is a quick and easy process.
When you first access the Seller functionality, you will be asked to accept the supplemental Quoox Marketplace terms & conditions. These outline the additional rules and clauses that apply to your operation as a Marketplace seller. Only an employee at manager level may accept the terms, which is done by entering the words “I AGREE” in the box as indicated.
Costs
Vendors may deliver resources to Quoox customers for free or at a price. Distribution groups may be used to offer preferential pricing, or to control who may access a given resource.
All transactions take place using the vendor’s Quoox Stripe account, and Quoox does not sit as a “middle man”.
Quoox does not levy any fees for resources delivered at zero cost.
For charged resources, the current Quoox fees are as below:
- UK: £1 for resources up to £25, or 4% over £25
- US: $1 for resources up to $25, or 4% over $25
- EUR: £1 for resources up to €30, or 3.48% over €30
- AUD: £1 for resources up to $45, or 2.24% over $45
These may alter from time-to-time, and cover the Quoox cost-of-delivery for the resources. Quoox charges the vendor monthly in arrears, and the charges are added to the regular subscription fee invoice.
Vendor Rights
Access to the Marketplace vendor functionality is offered by Quoox on a revocable basis. Non-compliance with the marketplace rules; sub-quality resources; or inappropriate sales practices are some of the reasons that access might be revoked.
Partners
For a select group of vendors, additional Partner options are available. This delivers additional promotional options to the vendor, and is matched with a tighter content delivery partnership with Quoox. Such partnerships are considered upon the benefits that they bring the Quoox customer base.
