Hi guys, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m going to show you how to add a credit pack to a membership plan.
So as always, we’re going to start by going to my.quoox.com. We’re going to log in with our business name, email address and password. We’re going to confirm that we’re not a robot, and we’re going to sign into our main dashboard.
When we get to our dashboard, we’re going to go to our left-hand side menu, and we’re going to go straight into Settings, and that’s going to open up our secondary menu. And we’re gonna go into our Membership Plans this time.
Now, if you’ve been following along with series, you’ll see that I’ve already shown you how to create a credit pack. If you haven’t please feel free to go back, and watch the video before completing this stage. It’s quite self-explanatory, but we are here to help, and that’s what the videos are for. If you’ve been following along with me, let’s crack on.
So we’re going to go into the membership plan that we want to add the credit pack to. Okay.
So for the sake of the demos that I’ve been doing, we’re going to stick with the 8x sessions a month.
So we’re going to go straight over to the edit button of that membership plan. When we created this membership, it created our two extra tabs of payment plans, which again, we created in our previous video. If you haven’t seen it, please go back. And then we have our deliverables tab.
We’re going to go straight into the deliverables tab. Now you’ll see there’s a few options on this page, and I will talk you through each of them in a separate video.
So don’t worry if you’re not sure what it all means, but for now, we’re going to go into adding a credit pack. At the very top that is the option we have. So we’re going to click the green button to add a credit pack, and you’ll see that you don’t have to go to any separate page. It just gives you the dropdown selection of any credit packs she would have previously created.
So to my previous point, if you haven’t done that, you won’t have any options to add at this stage.
So we’re going to add our 8x sessions per month credit pack. We’re going to add one of those.
So the member that we’re attributing this to, for this membership plan, only gets 8x sessions throughout their month. We’re going to click the tick in actions. We’ll see that that’s then added to our credit pack area. If you will, selection, and not now is a deliverable for that membership plan. Remember to click save (at the bottom of the screen)
So should you then add a member to this membership? They will now have the payment plan you’ve created, and the credits that you have given them attributed to that membership.
