By default, the joined date for a member may be incorrect. This is because the member’s joined date is taken as being the point their record was created in Quoox, unless overridden by the separate “joined date” field. Thus, for many facilities, there will be a big bulk of seemingly new members at the point they imported their member data in Quoox.
By populating the “joined date” field on the member record, this anomaly is easily remedied and the correct results can be obtained.
Bulk updating joined date
If you have a raft of members that you need to update, you can download the report entitled Members > Member Joined Date.
This report will list all unarchived members along with their joined date.
Update the data accordingly, and then return it to your Quoox account manager for bulk processing.
Important: The spreadsheet must remain in the format provided, and the ID field must remain unaltered. It will not be possible to import data what these requirements have not been met.
