Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’re looking at the Session Analysis tab within our KPIs and Metrics under Reporting. And we’re now looking at Sessions report within this.
Now, if you didn’t watch my previous video on the Session Summary, just to note, I filtered this by specific sessions so that we can see more of the reports that come up within this. And that’s based on our Foundation Session within the Quoox demo account, okay.
So if you have it filtered to all sessions, just to show you in case you didn’t watch the last video, it will only come up with session summary and sessions by day of week. So I filtered it to one session. I’m keeping the filter to year to date, and that allows me to see further reports.
But in this video, let’s look at sessions by day of week.
So we can see the breakdown of the days of the week. And then we have other information based on this as well.
So we’ve got Total Sessions, we’ve got the Total Capacity, the Total Number of Bookings per day of the week, and the Total Percentage Filled. We also then can see the Left On Wait List and Auto Booked. So after that, we’ve got the Average Pre-Book Time.
What we can then determine based on this specific session, ’cause we’re filtered to a specific session, is whether a specific day of the week has a better percentage filled than others maybe. Maybe if one had a really low percentage, you might say: “Do you know what, we’re gonna get rid of Monday’s Foundation class in the afternoon ’cause it’s obviously not getting much traction”.
And then you can also see how many people are auto booked on to specific days of the week and how far in advance people are pre-booking. So how much, how keen are people to get onto this session and make sure they don’t miss it.
So that is sessions by day of the week. As always, there’s a description underneath the name of the report, giving you a bit more information as to what that is, and it’s showing you the attendance and demand reviewed versus the day of the week.
If you have any other questions on this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on the next video.
