Quoox has a number of shortcut keys that can be used with supported browsers to make navigating the system quicker and easier.

The current shortcut keys are shown below, and also indicated by an underline on the corresponding menu options:

A – Campaigns
B – Scheduled Broadcasts
C – Message Centre
D – Dashboard
E – Employees
F – Shift Manager
G – Event Log
H – Context-sensitive Help
I – Incident Log
L – Leads

M – Members
N – Settings
P – Payroll
Q – Quoox Library
R – Reports
S – Schedule
T – Store
U – Logout
V – Q:\ Drive
W – Workouts
X – XRcize Hub

The use of the access keys varies depending on your computer type and browser:

• In Windows
  • In most browsers, use Alt + [Key]. E.g. Alt + M will open the Member screen
    Try Alt + Shift + [Key] if the shortcut is already assigned to an internal function in your browser
  • In Firefox, use Alt + Shift + [Key]. E.g. Alt + Shift + E will open the Employee screen
• On a Mac
  • Use Control + Alt + [Key]. E.g. Control + Alt + S will open the schedule screen
