Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at the Session Analysis tab within our KPIs and Metrics under Reporting. And we’re now at the final report within Sessions Analysis, which is called Sessions by Lead Coach.
Now, again, apologies if I sounded like a broken record and you’ve been watching one by one! But this is broken down by a specific session that I’ve selected within the filters, because this is how I get all of the further reports to show me a breakdown specific to that session.
So we’re now looking at session attendance and demand versus the lead coach.
So what we can see here is if a lead coach has been attributed to a specific session, So maybe that coach is always the one that runs the class, the total number of sessions, the total capacity, and how many bookings.
We can also see the total percent filled. And again, the left on wait list, how many have auto booked and the average pre-book time.
So all similar information, if not exactly the same, but the data within that is different.
So based on the lead coach, you can see how many people are booking.
You might then find that certain sessions are more popular based on the lead coach. I personally am a bit sad that Justin Credible’s sessions are so quiet, he’s my favourite, but that’s fine. We’ll live!
But unknown sessions that it could be any, any lead coach essentially, has the most total sessions. And it also has the total capacity and the highest percent filled other than the other two. But that’s based on the fact that they’ve only done a few sessions.
So your data will obviously look different, take it as you will, read it as you want to, but you might be able to make some changes based on who’s coaching specific sessions. If it’s more popular with a certain coach, maybe that’s their forte, get them to do more, great! It’s up to you.
So that is the Sessions By Lead Coach Report.
If you have any questions around that, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on my next video.
