Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this video, I want to show you how you can sell Memberships and Credit Packs in the FitnessHub.
So where your members, online, will go to access your schedule, their FITfile. All of the great things that are within the FitnessHub, they can also buy additional Memberships and Credit Packs should you want them to.
So, to do that, you go into your main menu on the left-hand side, and we’re going to go into Settings, now as always, it brings up our secondary menu.
And within that we have FitnessHub Microsite. So I’m going to go ahead and click on that. And it brings me to my FitnessHub settings.
Now, if I scroll down, you have a setting called Store Options. Now I’ve already got these ticked on this account. You can untick them obviously, if you want to, but by ticking them, we’re enabling credit sales and membership sales within the Store.
So what this means is any memberships that have been created and are Public, so you haven’t ticked Is Private, will show as available on the FitnessHub under a Store tab. So I’ll show you what that looks like very quickly.
So what you’ll see here is you’ve got Home; Schedule; FITfile; Documents; and My Account. Now, if you’re not selling through the FitnessHub, the Store tab won’t exist. But now I can see that I can add Adhoc Top-Up Credits and Membership Packages.
So if I click in, I can see that I now have the option to buy 10 small group training credits. Maybe I have a gym only membership, but I fancy trying out 10 small group PTs, or I can add a pay as you go credit; because I’m about to run out and I just need one for an extra session. Maybe I want to join small groups, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
So whatever ones you want to make Public, available to purchase, you can do so by unticking the Is Private box on the membership and, or credit pack, and then allowing the sales within the Store.
It’s the same for Memberships as well.
So as a little bit of a tip and a side note, just make sure that if there’s anything that you don’t want to sell on the Store, if you enable it, to keep it as Private, okay.
So that’s just something to be aware of. So for example, the three-day free trial. I’m probably not going to make that Public because I don’t want people signing up for a consistent three-day free trial. So that would be a perfect example of where you’d make that Private, but then it might be that you have an ongoing 30 day challenge, or you’ve got upsale memberships that you want to get people on. You could, by all means, make those Public and people can purchase through the store.
So that is how you can sell through the FitnessHub Microsite. You tick the Store option buttons that enable credit and membership sales, and then your members should be able to purchase both Credit Packs and Memberships within the system.
If you have any questions on this, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’ll see you on the next video.
