Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’ve been looking at the KPIs and Metrics part of the platform.
We’ve done the 12 month overview breakdown. Now we’re going to look at the Performance Drilldown tab. And as I did previously, we’re gonna go through each report one by one, so we can get a bit more of a detailed overview on what each one gives you in terms of information.
So let’s start on the Performance Drilldown tab.
Chapter 1: Filters: Venue & Date
At the top, we have the filter for venue, like we did for the 12 Month Overview.
But what we have now is the ability to change the dates in which we’re looking at, for different types of data.
So it might be that you want to look at this on a quarter by quarter basis, maybe monthly, or it could be year to date, but you can see you’ve got all the different options here and the custom ranges below at the bottom as well.
Should you make any changes, click update, and then that will feed in the data from those specific date ranges that you’ve selected. All right.
Chapter 2: Members vs. Memberships
So we’re gonna start with Members versus Memberships.
Now, as I mentioned on the previous videos, if you’ve watched them already, underneath each report title, if you will, there is a strapline that gives you a brief overview on what information you’ll be getting.
So this is looking at member and active membership counts over time. So this is a visual report.
If you hover over the lines that you have, you’ll be able to see the numbers attributed to it. And what this is showing us is number of members, number of active memberships, and the number of archived members.
Now, your data might look different to this. Obviously this is our demo data, so bear that in mind, but as always with these reports, you can click on a specific data set if you will.
So I’ve clicked on members to remove that from the report. So now I’m just looking at my active memberships.
I can do the same where I keep the members up and take active memberships off. And this might be useful if you’ve got a bit more of a fluctuation in your graph, for lack of a better word.
So that’s your Members versus Memberships report. If you have any questions on this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on the next video to look at the next report.
