Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at the Performance Drilldown tab within KPIs and Metrics. And we’re now at the final report within that called Member Communications.
So this report is an analysis of the communications sent or received by the mail centre. So what we’ll see here is we’ve got two reports.
We’ve got one with the data within it. And one that’s made the data visual for us. So similar to other reports we’ve seen within tab.
What you’ll see here is we’ve got a breakdown of the year to date, which is the filter that we’ve set at the top. As always and as mentioned previously, you can filter this to different date ranges now, because we’re not within a full 12 month overview, we can filter that to how we want it to look.
It might be that you want to look at month to date, last 12 months, et cetera, et cetera. So if you make any changes, be sure to click update, and that will feed the right data through into this report for you.
So what we can see is what inbound and outbound emails we’ve had, what inbound and outbound SMS messages we’ve had, and what’s the average reply time.
So the average reply time is calculated for inbound messages where a reply was subsequently sent.
So bear that in mind, and it’s also worth noting that one message is accountable for any number of recipients. So if you’ve sent an SMS to 20 people, it still only counts as one outbound message. So that’s how you can track those.
Then you have the visual report on the right hand side, which shows you what type of communication, has gone out in within months.
So as always, you can remove certain bits of information if you wanted to focus just on the inbound and outbound SMS.
I can see that in January, I had four inbound and three outbound. And then again, as quite self-explanatory you can see here, I’ve got the breakdown of that specific information, and then I can also do the same for emails should I wish, or it might be that I want to look at inbound emails versus text messages.
So you can have a play around with the report and make it as visual as you wish and see the information that you want to see in different breakdowns there.
So that is Member Communications. If you have any other questions around this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I look forward to seeing you on the next video.
