Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at the Performance Drilldown tab, and this is within our KPIs and Metrics and reporting side of Quoox’s platform.
So we’re now on to the Average Sessions Per Month Per Member, or Per Member Per Month, whatever way you want to say it!
And this essentially looks at the average number of sessions attended per member. Now, if you’ve been watching my previous videos, you’ll know that the difference between the Performance Drilldown and the 12 Month Overview tabs is that we can filter the date ranges that we want to look at.
So we’re currently looking at year to date, but you can change this and update the reports to show you specific time periods that you wish. And this is showing us our target number of sessions that we want members to reach per month.
And then how many sessions on average were attended.
Now as always with our more interactive and visual reports, if you want to remove a certain area to focus on one specific piece of information, you can do that. So if I remove the target, I can see that in October 1.1 sessions were attended on average, which is higher than September, for example.
So you can really play around with the information should you wish, but essentially it’s a visual report that shows you the average sessions per member attended per month against the target that you have set. And you can do that within the Settings tab. And there’ll be another video on that shortly!
If you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on the next video for the next report.
