Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at the Member Snapshot tab within our KPIs and Metrics reporting functions. And we’re now looking at the Reliability report here on the left-hand side.
So what this report is giving us is a breakdown of current members reliability status.
Now this is set by you in terms of how late they can cancel before losing credits, and that affects their reliability score, whether they’ve booked and not attended classes for example, all of those factors that play into that will feed into this reliability score report.
And you can see that it’s been broken down from everything to, from poor all the way through to perfect. And you can see the number of members within each section, if you will, and the percentage attributed to that as well.
Now, as with all of the reports that are visual, you can interact with them. So you could remove specific filters if you want to, maybe you’re only looking at poor versus perfect, and you can see that 89% of members are perfect versus 11% are poor. So you can really play around with this as you wish, as always, and that will feed into the information you receive.
And don’t forget, you can filter based on venue if you have more than one. Otherwise it will default to your main venue. And this will be for all of your members within that venue.
