In this course of videos, we’re looking at the Member Snapshot tab within the KPIs and Metrics reporting, and we’re now looking at the Membership Duration report on the top-right-hand side.
So this is gonna show you an analysis of the time that a member has been with your facility.
It breaks it down into monthly sort of categories, so you’ve got everything from zero to one month all the way up to 15-plus years, and then it will give you the number of members that are within each bracket that the system has broken down for you.
So you’ve got 878 members in two to three years, 5,685 have been there for five to 10 years, et cetera, et cetera. It’s very straightforward.
So essentially that’s what that will show you. As I mentioned in the previous video, if you’ve got different venues you can filter by venue, and it will show you that information specific to members at the venue you’ve selected. So that’s now changed the numbers in my report.
