In this course of videos, we’re looking at the Member Snapshot tab within our KPIs and Metrics, and we’re looking at the Age by Sex report now.
So this is giving you a snapshot of the age demographic of your current members.
Now, this is currently based on all venues. If you only have one venue, it will always auto populate to that, but if you’ve got multiple venues, you could choose to drill down to specific venues to get that information, should you wish. But for now, we’re looking at all venues and we can see here the breakdown of male and female, different age ranges.
So we can break that down even further if we want to, so maybe we want to look at the males within our current members. And we can see that on average, or the highest average is males between 30 to 39 and 60 to 69 age range within our members.
If we look at the females, we can do the same thing, break that down.
The majority of ours are in the 60 to 69 age bracket. So you’ve got three options here. You’ve got unknown, female, and male.
You can view all of them, or one of them, or different ones if you want to. As always, it’s an interactive visual report.
