Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at KPIs and Metrics, and specifically the reporting within that.
We’ve looked at the 12-month Overview, the Performance Drilldown tab, and now we’re at Member Snapshot.
So as always, you have some filter options. Within the Member Snapshot tab, you have the option to filter by venue, if you have more than one, otherwise it will preset to your main venue.
If you do make any changes, make sure you click update, and then that will feed the data through from the specific venue, depending on when your members are attributed to.
So let’s start with our first report. We’ve got Active vs Inactive.
Now all the reports within this tab are visual so I’m not gonna teach you how to suck eggs, but essentially we’ll go over a quick overview of what you get and what that information is showing.
So we’ve got a snapshot of active versus inactive members, and that’s determined by their last session attendance.
So what you’ll see here is we’ve got: 75% are inactive and 25% are active.
Again, as always, you can filter with the buttons on the right-hand side or at the bottom, depending on where they are, to change that information in terms of what you’re viewing, but that is your pie chart of your active versus inactive members.
