In this course of videos, we’re looking at frequently asked questions and one of which is, how do I launch the self-service kiosk through My Quoox Platform?
So, I’m gonna show you very quickly how you can do that today. So, let’s start, as always, by logging into the dashboard at my.quoox.com.
We’re gonna login as always, and that brings us to our main dashboard.
What you’ll see on the top right, left-hand side, is you’ve got your location, so you can select which location you’re looking to launch the self-service kiosk for, and then, you have this little button on the right which is the person with the tick.
If you click on that, it launches your self-service sign-in.
So your member will be able to add their name, mobile, or email address, whatever they decide to write in, select their booking, and then they can enjoy their session.
