Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can use our KPIs & Reporting to see how well your sessions are doing, and give you a bit of insight as to whether certain ones are working better than others.
So let’s start as always by going to our Quoox dashboard. We’re gonna go to my.quoox.com. We’re gonna log in, and then we’re gonna head over to the main menu on the left-hand side.
Chapter 1: Locating Sessions Analysis Tab
We’re gonna click into Reporting, and go into KPIs & Metrics.
Now this will bring you to a detailed overview page.
We’ll cover this off in a different video, but for now we’re gonna focus specifically on the Session Analysis tab.
Chapter 2: Filters
So what you’ll see at the top is that you’re able to filter this by venue, or session type, and by dates.
We’ve given you some specific ranges, ones that most people would use, but you can provide yourself a custom range to filter that report for you.
You can then update depending on your filters, and you can also download the report if you wish.
What you will see is a summary of your session usage for the date range for all venues and all sessions types.
If you add the filter this will change. And then it tells you what the date range is that you’ve selected, so you know exactly what you’re looking at essentially.
Then what you’re seeing when you scroll down is a session summary. So it’s a breakdown of the attendance and demand per session types. So depending on how many sessions you have, depends on how big the list will be, but this is for our demo account, and you can see we’ve got quite a good number of sessions. And then we’ve got quite a healthy amount of information in here as well.
Chapter 3: Session Summary
So what you’re seeing next to each session is the total number of sessions that you’ve had within that date range, the total capacity that you’ve had for those sessions.
And then you can also see the total bookings as well.
Then from that information we provide you with the total percent of the session filled; the average percent; how many would have been left on the wait list.
So I guess really showing your demand for that session as well.
And if you have anyone on auto-book, which essentially if you’re not sure what that means yet, go and watch the onboarding videos, but essentially it means that a member wants to be auto-booked onto that session every time it’s created, so they don’t have to do it themselves ’cause they know they’re gonna attend every week, or every day, depending on how committed they are!
And then we also provide you with the average pre-book time as well.
So some really good insights here for you to have a look through and delve into, and really show you whether you’ve got higher demand for specific sessions over others. And if there’s really low demand for one then maybe it might be worth switching that up, changing it, adding an extra session of the one that’s in high demand.
It’s up to you how you take this information, but it’s there for you.
Chapter 4: Session Insights By Day Of Week
You then also have a separate breakdown, which is essentially the sessions by day of week.
So we break down by each day. And again, we show you the same information, sessions, capacity, bookings, percentage filled, percentage, sorry, not percentage, number of people left on the wait list, and how many auto-booked on those sessions as well.
So you can see that if you’ve got a high number of people auto-booking on your small group training for four people, and that’s on a Sunday, that’s your most popular day that they’re auto-booking for.
So again, up to you how you sort of go through the information and break it down, but don’t forget, you can filter this by each individual venue.
Chapter 5: Venue & Session Type Filters
So you can really break it down per venue and see what’s happening in each one of your facilities.
You can also break it down by session type.
So maybe it’s that you wanna see how your small group sessions are working or running. And then, you know, the more information you have available, the more this will fill in.
So don’t try and do it if you’ve just signed up, ’cause you won’t get anything!
So yeah, you can really get quite a detailed, specific breakdown per session, per day as well.
If you have any other questions around this, don’t hesitate to get in touch. And if you’re not sure what a session is, go back to my onboarding videos on how to create a session, and we’ll speak soon.
