Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at reporting, and what falls within that is KPIs and Metrics.
So I wanted to give you a very quick introduction to it, and then we’re going to break it down tab by tab, and even report by report as well within these videos that are coming up in the course, because it’s a beast of information, and I want to make sure you understand what you can be reporting on and what kind of KPIs and Metrics you can be seeing within the system.
So to get there we’re going to go to the Main Menu, click on Reporting, and then go into KPIs and Metrics.
And what you’ll see is you get brought straight to your 12 month overview.
Okay. So this is essentially your overview page with lots of different reports, lots of different information that can be very daunting the first time round. So don’t worry we’re going to break this down, each section in a separate video. So you can watch what’s relevant to you and really take that in.
Then we’re gonna have a look through Performance Drill Down, your Member Snapshots as well. So you can get information based on performance, members, and sessions.
And there’s other pieces of information within that as well, but it’s really, really useful for you to understand, because then you can really start analysing what’s working and what’s not; maybe it’s a session, great feels like we’re getting sort of six to 10 people on a Sunday morning, but actually that might be how many people are booking, but maybe not attending, is it worth having that session? Can we free that up and switch it for a more popular class?
It’s things like that, that these KPIs and Metrics are going to be really, really useful for. So I’m hoping that you can really get to grips with it throughout the course of videos that we’re going to do next.
