FitnessHub is the online member portal for end-users of clients using the Quoox management system. It is a complimentary alternative to the Quoox mobile app.
Every Quoox customer has their own, distinct fitnesshub.net domain name. The prefix will be the same as per the quoox email address. So, if your quoox email is [email protected], your FitnessHub URL will be https://mygym.fitnesshub.net/
Members accessing the original Quoox member portal at https://my.quoox.com/ will be seamlessly redirected to the new FitnessHub portal.
What does FitnessHub provide?
FitnessHub delivers all of the member functionality of the Quoox mobile app, plus a few extras.
In addition to My FITfile; documents; and profile functions, members may also be provided access to store functionality for the optional purchase of credits, memberships and/or physical products. Each Quoox customer may choose what they give access to, along with whether they offer shipping for physical products.
FitnessHub is designed to be an alternate method for members to access their Quoox account. For example, in an office environment it might be more appropriate to visit FitnessHub than to use the mobile app. Both may be used in parallel, and one doesn’t negate the other.
Branding options
FitnessHub provides a number of branding options. By default the logo you uploaded to Quoox will be used. However, you may provide alternate versions for use on FitnessHub that better suit the layout. This includes the provision of a square logo, from which Quoox will generate the numerous favicon formats for different browsers.
In addition to the logo, clients have control over the primary colour palette. The framework, however, is fixed. It has been designed to be clean, easily navigable, and to work on a multitude of different devices.
Quoox customers may create their own custom pages on FitnessHub, using the Quoox block editor. Other key pages, such as the home page and My FITfile pages, may also be administered and custom content provided (including videos, images, and text).
Configuring FitnessHub
FitnessHub draws its content from throughout the whole of Quoox.
Specific FitnessHub settings may be administered by selecting the FitnessHub Microsite option from within the Settings menu.
