In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at the FitnessHub as a member, and we’re now within the FITFile section of the FitnessHub.
So, I’m going to show you what the BodyHop function looks like from a member’s perspective. So, I’m going to click into BodyHop.
Now, what BodyHop is, is essentially a facility that allows your members to upload images of front, back, and the side of their physical self to track their physical progress essentially. Maybe they’re doing a programme with you, you want to see how their physical changes are as well as maybe their weight and their measurements. So, you can do that within the system.
Now, as a member, I upload my BodyHop images either via the FitnessHub website that we’re focusing on, or you can do it within the app as well.
Now, it’s got instructions on how to do that. And it also selects or allows me to select whether the facility can view these images. So, it might be for my own personal records, or it might be that I want you guys to be able to see that as well as facility owners and personal trainers, to track my progress with me and see where we might need to make other physical changes.
So, I can select what I’m going to upload from my own folders, and then I can upload all of those at once. And then that will be recorded in my BodyHop section of the FitnessHub.
