Welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at the FitnessHub, and we’re now going to look at the My Account section within that. So this is as a member.
So, within the My Account, I have lots of different functionalities that I can do. The first one being viewing My Profile.
Now, within here, this is where you could direct your members to go to update any of their personal information. Everything from their name or title if it’s changed, through to their primary email or mobile number, any alternative contact information as well.
Then they can add their date of birth, preferred language, if they want to profile picture, and they can add their address and next of kin emergency contact as well.
If they wish to configure their devices, so they’re MyZone belt. They can put their MyZone belt number in here, and then they can select whether they permit any marketing communications and/or session notification emails and texts.
As long as they click Save, all of that information will update for them and for you in your Quoox platform. And that is where they can update their profile.
