Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’re looking at the FitnessHub. Now, remember, we’re looking at this from a member’s perspective, but this is purely so that you can have a good idea around the website and you can give your members information on where they need to go for certain pieces of information.
So, we’re now looking at the FITFile section of the website. So I’m going to click into my FITFile.
And what you’ll see here is we’ve got a number of different areas that your member can go into to either upload their own information, so, for example, they can track their Weigh Ins, Personal Bests, BodyHop images, so to track their physical progress.
They can also then answer any forms and questionnaires you’ve assigned to them, they can track any exercise programmes that you’ve created and follow along there, and they can view any other FitFlix videos that you might have uploaded, or documentation around recipes and things like that, so it’s completely up to you what you put in there.
So, I’m going to talk you through each section in separate videos. If you have any questions on those, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
