Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at the FitnessHub, and now we’re focusing on the Fitfile area within that.
So, I’m going to take you through Personal Bests.
So, in Personal Bests, you can set achievements and personal bests within the Quoox platform for your members to view and add within their FitnessHub.
So, I’m logged in as a member, and I can add any achievements that I think are relevant or want to be tracked. I can select what date I’ve achieved it. And then, I can select the activity, which will have been created by you, as the facility owner and the admin within Quoox, and then I can put in my personal best.
It might be that you’re tracking a member’s protein goal, for example, and you ask them to upload that every so often or maybe every day. It might be that I’ve done another dead lift, and I’ve actually beat my record and done 110 kilograms today, so I’m going to save that.
Now, I can see what my current personal bests are and what my personal best deadlift is within the system. I can add other achievements if I want. I can add as many or as little as I like.
Maybe I’ve done a 100 metre sprint in a shorter amount of time, and what you’ll see is, depending on how you’ve set up the Personal Bests within the Quoox platform, depends on how they record it within the FitnessHub.
If you have any questions around Personal Bests, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, I’ll see you on the next video.
