In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at the FitnessHub from a member’s perspective, and we’re currently within the FITFile area.
We’re now going to focus on the Insights section for members to use. Now, as stated underneath Insights, this is to track your daily activity, which is attributed to your Myzone Belt or your Fitbit, depending on which one you’ve integrated as a member.
This is basically consolidated for each day. You can filter to different days, obviously not in the future, ’cause you haven’t tracked that yet! But you can go back if you want to see how your day went maybe on Saturday, you didn’t do much, but how was it?
And if you haven’t already linked, as a member, your Myzone Belt or your Fitbit, they have the options at the top to do that. You can also have a 30-day graph view of your Insights within the system as well. So, once you’ve linked that information, you’ll be able to see the total of calories burned, sleep, water, calories consumed, et cetera, et cetera.
So, it’s up to you how you do that, whether it’s on a day-by-day basis or a 30-day graph view as a member.
