In this video, we’re going to look at how you can see any changes that have been made within the system for the last month.
So we’re going to go to the main menu on the left-hand side, we’re going to click into Reporting and we’re going to open our Event Log.
So this event log is essentially any system recorded events within the last month. It defaults to a page size listing of 20, but you can go all the way up to 250 if you want to.
And essentially the information you can see in here is the date and time that the change was recorded, the event was recorded; what the event type was; who it was actioned by; the IP address of which it was actioned from and any comments the system has given you.
So whether it’s a booking change, whether it’s something that’s been changed in terms of a credit pack, for example, a membership, maybe it’s a purchase. So you can see this information on the right hand side, which gives you a bit of a detailed overview as to what happened.
And then you’ve obviously got the information as to who and when that change was made as well. So if you ever need to know what’s happened with something specific, you can come to your event log and see what happened on a date time, and by who.
