Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course videos, we’re looking at Reporting within the Quoox platform.
We’ve looked at Alerts and now we’re actually gonna look at how you can build and download reports within the platform as well.
So, we’re going to go to our Main Menu.
We’re going to click into reporting, no surprise there!
And we’re going to click onto Reports.
Now, what that does is it brings you to our Report Configuration page.
So essentially where you can select what report you want to look at, and then you can start filtering and customising what information you want to get from that.
So, depending on the report, depends on what customisation you have, because some of them have already have specific date ranges or something as an example. And I’ll show you what that looks like now.
So, you have everything from your call logs and cleaning logs, if you wanted to, all the way through to member logs, memberships, sessions, and payments, and you can even look at anything that you are selling and get sales summaries from the store, for example. So there’s lots of different reports that we’ve, pre-built here for you, that you can then go in and tailor/customise.
So, it might be that you want to look at any leads that have come in.
You can select what reporting range you want to look at.
We’ve obviously got the standard ones within there, or you can custom range your dates that you wanted to focus on. Maybe it’s specific days, for example. Maybe you want to look at the quarter to date that will automatically change that date range.
And then all of the rest is greyed out because it doesn’t really matter to any, or it doesn’t apply to any member, or employee, or session.
So we’re going to then go ahead and download that report.
This will then download nice and quickly into an Excel spreadsheet for you. You can then go, you do your data analysis as you wish on that set report.
All right, so that’s just one example.
You have everything like members’ birthdays. You could look at specific days, if you wanted to.
Maybe you want to keep track of payments and any failed transactions. Maybe it’s a specific member that you need to look at: they’re being a bit of a pain making out that they’re making all the payments and then no one need to go; “Okay, this is not happening!”
But it’s up to you what you want to use them for, but essentially you have lots of options within here and customisation within the configuration to be able to make it your own and make it tailored to the specific periods and members, or groups, or even employees that you’re looking at.
Okay, so I’m not going to teach you how to suck eggs with filling out a form and customise the date ranges. I’m sure that you’ll be fine with this, but if you do have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch and be sure to check out my other videos on reporting in this course, and any other videos that you might need for support @support.quooxs.com.
I’ll see you soon.
