The Summary Tab of the Employee Profile provides an overview of the employee.
The information displayed includes:
- Employee name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Primary venue
- Job title
- Employee type
Clicking on the icon will copy the adjacent information into the clipboard.
An employee’s record is linked to their member record, and the data is shared.
Clicking the Member Record button will take you to the employee’s member record.
Promoting or Demoting an Employee
Once an employee record has been established from the member record, options will be provided on the summary tab for managers to:
- Promote to Manager – Elevate the employee’s status to that with manager privileges
- Demote to Employee – Demote a manager to being a regular employee. Manager privileges are revoked
- Demote to Regular Member – The employee is demoted to being a regular member, and all employee privileges are revoked
