Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can add different pricing for pay as you go members and those with memberships on credit packs.
So we’re gonna start by going to our main menu and into settings. Then we’re gonna go into credit packs. And then we’re gonna click on the pencil, under actions, to edit a credit pack.
If you haven’t already created your credit packs, please go ahead and watch the creating credit pack videos on your onboarding sessions. But this is looking at if you’ve already created one, just to show you the difference between the previous settings that you would have had.
So what you’ll see here now is you used to have the cost attributed to credit packs. So how much it would cost a member to buy that credit pack ad hoc outside of their membership.
Now, what we have is our regular cost and then our cost with a membership, so if you wanted to provide a discounted cost, as we have in this example, to members that have a membership attributed to their account, you can now do this within the credit pack settings.
So it’s worth noting that if as a member, they went to look at purchasing, on their store in the fitness hub, a credit pack, and they were more of a pay as you go member without a membership, they would just see the £300. If they have a membership attributed to their member account, they will see the price of £250. So it’s very straightforward. There’s no confusion for the members. They’ll see the discounted rate if they have a membership, they won’t if they haven’t and they’ll have the regular cost.
And if you keep it as non-private, so don’t tick this box, there’ll be able to see it to purchase in the store, if you make that available in your settings. And I’ve got a separate video on how to do that.
If you have any other questions around this, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Otherwise do check out my other videos as support.Quoox.com, see you soon.
