Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this video, I’m gonna show you how you can cancel/remove a direct debit mandate straight from a member’s profile.
So we’re gonna go to the main menu. We’re gonna click manage and members, and we’re gonna go into the member who’s direct debit mandate we want to remove or cancel.
So we’re gonna go into the activities tab once we’re in the profile. And then you’ll see here that we have the button, mandate actions, if you click on that, if your member has a direct debit mandate that is active, you’ll be able to cancel the mandate from there.
So that’s how you can do that within the members profile within Quoox.
