Quoox makes it incredibly easy to create a Member (or Lead’s) Myzone account from within the management portal.
Before you can use the Myzone account creation feature, you should firstly link Quoox to your Myzone facility via integrations. Follow these instructions
Creating a Myzone account for a member
You may create a Myzone account for a member from the Quoox member record.
To initiate the process, click the “Actions” button and then select the “Create Myzone Account” button.
This will open the Myzone account creation dialog, and you should then follow these steps.
Creating a Myzone account for a lead
You may create a Myzone account for a lead from the Quoox lead record.
To initiate the process, click the “Actions” button and then click on the “Create Myzone Account” button.

Configuring the Myzone Account
The Myzone account configuration screen opens as a popup window.
If the lead/member is already known to have a Myzone account configured, a message will be displayed advising that the account already exists.
Where possible, information will be drawn from the member/lead record and used to pre-fill the configuration form.
The information requested comprises:
- Myzone Belt Id – the numeric ID of the Myzone belt the lead/member is being allocated.
The belt ID 0 (zero) may also be used, but the correct belt ID will need to be assigned by the member via the Myzone app prior to use. - Email address – the email address that will be used to create the Myzone account.
This field will only display if the member/lead does not have an email address set. - Date of Birth – Date of birth is a key component of the Myzone heart rate calculation equations, and should be provided.
- Sex – Sex is a key component of the Myzone heart rate calculation equations, and should be provided.
- Height – Ideally an accurate height should be provided for best results. Alternatively this may be left blank and an average height (based on gender) will be used. The Myzone statistics may be less accurate if this parameter is not provided
- Weight – Ideally an accurate weight should be provided for best results. Alternatively this may be left blank and an average weight (based on gender) will be used. The Myzone statistics may be less accurate if this parameter is not provided
Account creation success
When the Myzone account has been successfully created, a confirmation message is displayed:
The Myzone account is creating using the primary email from the member/lead record, or that specified in the configuration dialog.
A password is generated for the Myzone account, and is displayed in the confirmation screen. This password may optionally be provided to the member/lead.
In all instances, the member/lead should be guided to reset their password to one of their choosing via the Myzone app.
Account creation failure
In the event of Myzone not being able to create the account, a warning message will be displayed along with the reported reason.
Often the reason will be something like the belt ID already being registered at a different facility, or the email address already being registered.
In the event of a failure, a Resync option is provided. Clicking this button will trigger a Quoox background process that will pull all known member accounts from Myzone and attempt to re-sync the belt IDs and records with Quoox. This can be a useful process if member/lead records have been created in Myzone outside of Quoox, and thus Quoox is “not aware” of them.
Editing a Myzone account
It is not presently possible to edit a Myzone account via Quoox. It is a current stipulation by Myzone that all account amendment be done via the Myzone Moves Portal.
