Hi, welcome to QUOOX University.
In this course of videos, we’re looking at viewing and creating campaigns. I’ve shown you how to find them. So now we’re going to look at what the information means when we get to our campaign listings.
So if you haven’t created a campaign yet, this will probably be empty. Don’t fear. When you create them, you’ll start gathering this information. But I just want to talk you through what you’re seeing within your campaign listing page.
So obviously we have the name of the campaigns that we’ve created.
And then we have when that campaign would start and finish, if you’ve set those dates and that will make sense further on in the course.
We then also have how many registrations we’ve had per campaign. So if you hover over the “I” icon, you’ll see when your earliest registration was and when the latest one was as well with the date and time. So you can quite clearly see that information.
If you just wanted a quick overview of what’s been going on. Likewise, you can hover over the icon for appointments as well. So if you’ve created an appointment setting a campaign, for example, you can see how many people have booked. And again, you can see the earliest and latest with the date and time.
That’s the main pieces of information you’d see on your campaign listing. If you wanted further information, you’d go into the campaign and I’m going to show you what that looks like in the next video.
