Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at how you can view and create campaigns, and we’ve gone through each tab in detail, and we’re now at Post Registration Reach Outs.
So this is essentially where we’ve created all this great content. landing pages, marketing hooks, and then you’ve got someone to download something or take an action, sign up for a membership for example, and then you don’t want to leave them to go cold. We want to keep them warm, keep them engaged. And that’s what this function allows you to do.
So let’s have a look at what we’ve got on this main page and then we’ll go ahead and look at reaching, adding a reach out for you as well.
Chapter 1: Reachout Lists Overview
So as always, we have our listing of reach outs that have been created.
These ones would have been created by the template if you’ve used one. If you’ve started from scratch, you’d have to add a reach out and then they’d start getting listed here.
Essentially, what we can see is: the name of the reach-out that we’ve created; what method we’re using to go out to our leads with; what period after registration it will go out in. So what trigger time are you giving this reach out. This one, for example is one minute after registration.
Chapter 2: Actions
Okay, and then you have your trusted actions on the right-hand side.
So our known and loved pencil to edit everything.
We also have the option to send a test copy to the email associated to your account, and then obviously you can delete it as well.
Chapter 3: Creating And Adding A Reachout
So let’s have a look at adding a reach out.
If we click add reach out, it opens up a sort of configuration page.
And the options we have in terms of methods is either a standard email; a text; a text or email; and text and an email; or an immersive email.
So it’s completely up to you which option you use.
Immersive emails are built in the similar way to the landing page, where you have that configuration tool to drag and drop different buttons. You can make it look really fun and engaging, or maybe it needs to be really serious, it’s up to you, but it depends on what you, what you’re looking to create.
If you don’t want to do a standard HTML email, please go ahead and use that option, it’s really easy.
Then you can add your own information. So you could say; “hey thanks for downloading”. And if you want to use a sort of merge fields, let’s say it’s your business names’ ebook, you can use that without having to type it out every time.
And actually you could also put in member first name as well or lead first name sorry. And you could insert that field here.
So essentially when it goes out to each individual lead, their name would be populated. I’m sure you’ve all used merge fields before. (Please don’t look at my grammar it’s just not worth it! I’m trying to do this for you guys okay!!)
So you can add that here, that’s your SMS content.
You can do the same thing and add the merge fields in your email message content. If you were going to go ahead and create an immersive email, it changes the settings and allows you to edit the immersive content in the builder that I mentioned before.
And then you’ve got your trigger time. So if you click into your trigger time after registration, so this is after they’ve registered, how quickly do you want this specific reach out to be sent to them? Is it within a day, within a minute, maybe it’s within a few hours, you have the options there.
Don’t feel like you have to do everything straight away, because you can add more than one reach out. If you want to have seven emails go out over seven days, you can do that.
You essentially set the trigger time and it will work through the reach outs that you’ve created and post them or send them, I should say, within the timeframe that you’ve specified, okay. So that’s how you add a reach out.
Chapter 4: Adding A Nurture Programme
The other thing you can do, is you can attach a nurture programme.
Now I’ve got separate videos on creating a member and lead nurture programme.
If you’re creating a lead capture campaign, you can add a nurture programme. Now if you wanted to send the ebook as an attachment or anything as an attachment, I would recommend that you create a nurture programme for leads, add your email as a reach out and then add your attachment to it.
So that’s if you wanted to do it differently to within an immersive email, for example. So if I show you this guide delivery email that’s immersive and edit that content, what you’ll see here is within the build, we’ve actually got the download the guide now link.
So that might take them to a PDF download for example. So you have different options. It’s up to you how you want to deliver your content, of course, but we’ve given you the option to be able to do that either via an email in the reach outs, or you can actually do it by adding and creating your own nurture programme campaign, post registration reach out.
So what we’ve got here is a dropdown.
Once you’ve created your nurture programme, that will appear within the dropdown and you can select that. And then it will also essentially send out any reach outs within that nurture programme. Any stages that you’ve created on the days that you’ve created it as well as opposed to registration reach out.
