In this course of videos, we’ve been looking at how you can view and create your campaigns. We’ve now gone through the whole process in the campaigns section of the Quoox platform.
What I wanted to show you finally was how you can create that nurture programme that you can add as opposed to registration reach-out, which I showed you in the last video.
So what you’ll see here in the post registration reach-outs tab is that we have the option to add a nurture scheme or programme that we’ve already created. And that’s a great way to be able to actually distribute your ebook if you’re not doing it via a link in an immersive email, for example, and you want to attach it. So let me show you how you can do this.
Chapter 1: Configuring A Programme
So, if you go to the main menu and go to: Connect and Promote, and Nurture, you’ll have the option on the green button to add a nurture programme and add a lead nurture programme.
You might want to call this: Post ebook download. I’m gonna call it number two, because I’ve already got one and it’s gonna be: “Post registration ebook download”.
Now you have the option to allow reassignments the same member or lead.
We’ve put this not recommended mainly because you don’t want people getting the same stuff over and over again. It can get a bit annoying, although it’s completely up to you if you want to do it again. So that’s the option there for you.
So we’re gonna click save.
Chapter 2: Adding Nurture Elements
Now in here, you can add your nurturing element.
Now you’ll have the same options as you would in the post registration reach-outs. This is because we don’t have that much information from our leads.
We get their name, their email address and their mobile number, right? So there’s only so much we can do with that.
Now, if you want to create an immersive email here, you can, you can also create your standard email message.
The difference that you do have is that you can add a call reminder, so it might be that actually, as much as the reach-outs are great and you want that no touch sort of contact for as little or as long as possible, you might then want to drop a call in, to said lead, and see if you can upsell them or get them into your facility.
So that’s the additional element that you have here. Okay.
Chapter 3: Adding Attachments & Links To An Email
But let’s say we wanted to create an email where we can attach the downloaded or the ebook that they’ve requested to download.
Similar to your trigger time, you have a release point. So this might be, day zero, for example, and your target time could be 12.
If they’ve already downloaded it past this point, it will just go out straight away basically. Put day one, then you can add your subject names. So here’s your ebook.
If you’ve got snippets that you’ve created, you can add those here as well, but this is where you’d then select your attachment. And then you can add that in, add your ebook there, and you can create your body of texts as you normally would.
If you want to insert any hyperlinks maybe, you’ve got a download link, you could do that in here, or you can do it in an immersive email like I showed you in the previous video.
So essentially that is how you could deliver your ebook via a nurture programme reach-out.
So let’s say I just add a bit of text in here and save, what that will do is add a nurture element to my programme. And that will go out on day one. And then if I continue to add other nurture elements on the release points that I’ve selected, they will continue to go out to the lead that has registered to download the ebook.
Very similar to how the reach-outs work in post registration reach-outs within the campaign.
