Post Registration Reach-outs
A new post registration reach-out may be added by clicking the Add Reach-out button on the campaign post registration reach-out listing. Alternatively, an existing reach-out may be edited by clicking the icon alongside it.
For each reach-out, the following information may be configured:
- Name – The name by which you can identify the reach-out within Quoox
- Trigger time (after registration) – The time after the lead registers at which the reach-out will be sent
- Reach-out method – The preferred method for sending the reach-out
- Email subject – The subject used within the email sent (if applicable)
- Email content – The reach-out email content (if applicable)
- SMS content – The reach-out SMS content (if applicable)
A Reset button is displayed for pre-written reach-outs, which allows you to revert to the Quoox originated content.
Pressing Save will save your changes, and Cancel will abort. Delete will delete the reach-out permanently.
Post Booking Reach-outs
A new post booking reach-out may be added by clicking the Add Reach-out button on the campaign post booking reach-out listing. Alternatively, an existing reach-out may be edited by clicking the icon alongside it.
For each reach-out, the following information may be configured:
- Name – The name by which you can identify the reach-out within Quoox
- Trigger time (before appointment) – The time prior to the lead’s appointment at which the reach-out will be sent
- Reach-out method – The preferred method for sending the reach-out
- Email subject – The subject used within the email sent (if applicable)
- Email content – The reach-out email content (if applicable)
- SMS content – The reach-out SMS content (if applicable)
