In this course of videos we’re looking at Reporting and now we’re focusing on KPIs and Metrics.
So I’m gonna talk you through our Member Types and Members versus Memberships reports.
We’ve already had a look at the report above under our 12 Month Overview, which is Active Membership Snapshot, so we’re just below there.
So we have two types of reports here, we’ve got our Member Type. So again, always read the description underneath, it will give you a good idea on what information you’re looking at, but it’s a snapshot of the Member Type by membership allocation.
So whether they’re a pay-as-you-go member or they have a membership, you can see the breakdown here, again as always, if you took off and clicked on certain areas, you’d just get the breakdown based on the ones that are now still highlighted, you might wanna look at a specific membership maybe and get those numbers.
It’s up to you how you play around with that, but you have the option with the pie chart on the left-hand side.
Then we have Members versus Membership, so this is a member and active membership count over time.
Now this is quite linear, but it can change and fluctuate depending on how many members you have and then how many memberships they might have attributed to their account.
So it may be that you have members registered, but they don’t have any active memberships or it could be on the flip side that you have members registered that have two or three different types of memberships attributed to them.
So that’s where you’d see a fluctuation in those numbers and a crossover possibly on different dates as well.
Again, you can choose to hide or show certain information by clicking on the listings underneath or on the right, on the side of the chart. And that will then vary based on what you’ve selected.
Please also remember you can do this based on venues if you’ve got multiple venues as well.
So if I wanted to filter by a specific venue, that would then change said report and show me information based just on that said venue.
