In this course of videos we’re looking at Reporting, in specifically our KPI and Metrics reports, and we’re currently in the 12 Month Overview.
So now we’re gonna look at the Average Sessions, Average Sessions Per Member, Per Month.
And this is very self-explanatory. It’s literally looking at the average number of sessions attended per member.
Now we thought this report might be useful for you because you might have a target of how many sessions you want each member to attend. And this essentially gives you a visual representation of whether that’s happening or not.
So if you have a target that you’ve input into the system, that will show here as your target line. And then you’ll have below, the number of sessions each month per member, basically. So, it’s an average for each member.
Now this in this demo account is much lower than our target, so we might look at this information and try to understand why.
Again don’t forget, you can download the full report and then take that raw data and do your own analysis on that in an external function, should you wish. But otherwise, this is just a typical visual representation.
And you can see here your target number and the average sessions, or number of sessions, attended by members, all right. So, quite simple, no need to go into any more detail, ’cause there isn’t any more to give!
