Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
So in this course of videos, we’re looking at Reporting. And we’ve now got to KPIs of Metrics, which has a wealth of information.
So what we’re gonna look to do is break this down for you, okay.
It’s worth bearing in mind, I’m not a business analyst. I can give suggestions on what you might use reports for, but by all means, it’s down to you how you take the information and go and analyse it and use it moving forward. But it is just to give you ideas on what that information might be able to feed into.
So because there are so many different layers of information and different reports, like I said, we’re gonna break this down.
Chapter 1: Overview
And we’re starting in our 12-month overview, which you would have seen in my little introduction in the previous video.
So the 12-Month Overview, quite self-explanatory, gives you a snapshot overview of the last 12 months of your business.
Now, it’s also worth bearing in mind that the information that is fed into the KPIs and Metrics reports that are built in this section are fed through from any data that you’ve got in the system.
So, this is only based on what you’ve got in Quoox, so please bear that in mind. If there’s data missing or something you can’t see, if you don’t have it in the system, it won’t pull through, okay.
Chapter 2: Venue Selection
So, let’s start with the Venue Selection.
If you’ve only got one facility or one venue, then it will just default to that venue.
If you’ve got more than one, like we do here, then it will have all venues as your automated selection. But by all means, you can filter by each venue and then it will break that down with information specific to that venue, okay.
Then you also have the option on the right-hand side to download that information on the tab. But for the sake of the demonstration, I’m gonna show you all the venues so we’ve got lots of data that we can kind of look at.
Chapter 3: Active membership Snapshot Report
And we’re gonna start with an Active Membership Snapshot report.
So, this is the first report you’ll see on your 12-month overview. If you ever get a bit lost and you’re like, “What does that actually show me?” have a look at the description underneath. It is a snapshot of your current active memberships, okay.
So, this is gonna break down any active live memberships that you have in your system. If you’ve got one, it will show one. If you’ve got 20, it will show all 20 that are active.
And then it will show you the count of members or memberships that are active under that membership, okay. So, you’ve got 8,217 active memberships on the standard membership, yeah. Hope that makes sense.
You’ll get a total count, and you’ll get the count based on each membership individually as well.
Chapter 4: Pie Chart Usage
Now, I’m gonna move my little bobble head out of the way, because on the right-hand side, we also have a sort of pie chart diagram.
Now, if you click on a couple of the memberships, for example, it will start to remove them from the diagram. And then you’ll be able to see a different breakdown based on the information that you’ve left highlighted.
So, I can see that I’ve got a breakdown of my foundation course; my layered membership; my restricted membership; my test membership, for example.
And it gives me more of a visual view of what that looks like. So, maybe it’s that you’re not bothered about your one-off credit or four sessions a month membership. You just wanna look at these ones.
You can get a breakdown in that pie chart there for you as well. If you unselect, it will bring up a different breakdown.
So, you’ll see that you’ve got quite a big chunk for one-off credits.
And then if you put your standard membership in, because it has got the majority of the memberships that are active, it will take over the pie chart. But obviously, this will vary depending on the data and the memberships that you’ve got in your system.
So, please keep that in mind. This is just for demonstration purposes, okay.
So, that is our Active Membership Snapshot. We’re gonna go through the course and go through each report individually, so if this isn’t relevant to you, by all means (you’ve watched it now!). But skip on to one that is and follow along the course.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch. And I’ll see you on the next video.
