Insights is an area of My FITfile in the Quoox mobile app, and also mirrored in the member record of the management portal.
Insights are displayed on the summary tab of the member record.
Insights consolidates all of the information provided from the member’s linked tracker devices, and displays it in one summary view.
It is possible to navigate to previous days by clicking on the desired date within the calendar.
At summary level, the information provided for each day (subject to the tracking devices linked) includes:
- – calories burned
- – duration of activities
- – steps taken
- – distance covered
- – resting heart rate
- – time asleep
- – water consumed
- – food calories taken in
A list is provided of the record activities under on the day. For fitbit and myzone these need to be recorded activities, not ‘assumed activities’.
For each activity, the day will comprise one or more elements of:
- the tracker source (E.g. fitbit; myzone)
- activity name
- activity start date/time
- – duration
- – distance
- – steps
- – calories burned
- – effort
- – MEP points awarded
- – average heartrate
- – peak heartrate
Different tracker providers make their data available to Quoox in different ways. Therefore there may be a short lag between an activity occurring and it becoming visible within Quoox. Typically this is no more than 15 minutes at most.
Important: You should only wear a maximum of one tracker during a given activity. If you wear multiple trackers they will all record the same activity, and you will see “double-counts” in your summary figures such as calories etc.
