The September 2023 update contains a number of new workflow enhancements that will benefit your business and ultimately, save you time.
Hi, and welcome to today’s video.
We’re going to be going through the most recent update for September and the new functionality available to you in your Quoox system.
We’re gonna start off with looking at the newest additional option you have available to you for triggers in regards to commencing a Nurture Programme. So we’re going to go to manage from our left-hand side menu and we’re going to select event triggers and we’re gonna create a new trigger for session attended.
So from our dropdown, we’re gonna select members, sessions and session attended. And we’re going to add trigger. Again, I’m just using this one as my example for today’s video. Of course, you can explore the other triggers that are available to you.
So in the name here, I’m just gonna type something that is gonna be easily identifiable and recognisable to us. I’m just gonna say strength session attended, assign Nurture Programme. And just for my dropdown here, I’m just gonna select my Industrial Sense strength session.
And for my trigger after X days, I’m gonna leave that at zero and I’m gonna press save. Now from here from our dropdown, I’m gonna select Nurture Programme and I’m gonna press add action. Now what we can see here, I can create a name and a title for the Nurture Programme.
So Nurture Programme, strength session, and then we can select our Nurture Programme that we wish to assign. So let’s just say here it’s in the form of an ebook and the Nurture Programme start point.
Now this is the new option that we’ve got here. So we can start this at the trigger point. So the moment the trigger is fired or we can select a specific day if we have certain content that we want them to receive that goes nicely alongside the training day that they’re on.
So if we were to select this and to select Monday. This Nurture Programme would now occur and start on the first Monday after the trigger has occurred. And we’re going to save that there. And we’re gonna head back to our dashboard and we’re gonna look at the next feature.
The new information you’re provided with when adding a membership to a member or the deferred start date. So for this example, I’m going to go to my left hand side menu and I’m gonna select manage, and I’m gonna select members. So for this example, I’m gonna use Berky here and I’m gonna click into the profile and I’m gonna go to the memberships tab along the top.
And then from here I’m gonna select Add Membership. Now what I’m gonna do is I’m just gonna follow the onscreen instructions to start to look at commencing that membership.
But what we’re going to do here is we’re gonna set a start date of the th of September. So as of today, it’s the eighth. So that will be in four days time that that membership starts. So I’m gonna select our platinum membership monthly on the first, period length, one.
Period months repeated once and it auto renews expiry. Now for the commencement here, I’m gonna select on a specific date and I’m just gonna select the th of September. I’m gonna press next.
And in this example, just because it’s our demo account I’m just gonna select other for the payment method and press next. But what we can see here on our confirmation screen and before we actually submit all of that information and details is we actually get a next payment estimate here.
And as we can see that’s pounds and pence. So that could be some information that you may want to make a note of and something to pass on to the member just so you can inform them of what to expect on the day of when their first payment is taken.
So I’m just gonna finish that process there and head back to our dashboard. And I’m just gonna look at our next feature that has been updated into the system. We’re going to look at the new option available to you when booking a lead into an appointment.
So let’s head over to our schedule for my left hand side menu here. And I can see that we’ve already got a marketing trial session scheduled in here. So what I’m gonna do is I’m just going to right click onto that session and I’m gonna select view slash edit bookings.
And I’m gonna select the book appointment button from the left hand side here. And as we can see, we’ve got the appropriate session selected and now we can input a lead here.
Just gonna type that in and select the relevant lead just making sure that they’re still booked onto the appropriate session. And if we wish to do so, we could also select a campaign and this will determine the reach outs that the lead has sent.
But the newest option as we can see here is the send the lead the system booking confirmation email. And this is something that you can turn on or off like so and then you can book them onto the appointment. And we’ve also selected our campaign as well.
And if we just do book appointment there, we’ll ensure that they’ll get that email and they’ll also get that message confirming their booking onto the session. So, what we’re going to do is we’re gonna head back to our dashboard and we’re gonna look at the next feature that’s been added into the system in our September’s update.
So I’m gonna head over to connect and promote and I’m gonna go to campaigns. Now from campaigns, just for this example, I’m gonna use our NFD like UK campaign and I am gonna edit that and I’m gonna go to the landing page here.
I’m gonna copy that from my clipboard. And I’m gonna open this. So as we can see here, we’ve got a campaign that has already been built out. Now if I select the book on button here, you can see I’ve got a predetermined background and some information for me to fill out.
Now we know a lot of you like to have images of your specific site, of your specific gym, of specific areas of the gym. It might be where they’re carrying out the session, it could be of some of the equipment they’regoing to be using, but we know that you do like to have some control over this. So we’ve further enabled you to have this control by, if I go back onto my previous tab, and then I’ve got landing pages here. Now, if I go to the signup questions, what I can do here is I can select an image.
I’m just gonna go to my documents and I’m gonna save that. Now, if I close this and I go back into our campaign and select book on, as we can see, that has now changed that image to the one that I selected and uploaded as opposed to randomly selecting an image from your venues.
Now if you don’t specifically set an image for this, it will still pull them through from your venues. So, that is something to bear in mind. Now what I’m going to do here is I’m just going to close this tab and hit back to the dashboard. The last update to go through is the filter that has now put in place being put in place for the event log which is found by going to reporting and then event log from the left hand side.
So I’m gonna select reporting here and then event log. And what you can see here is we’ve now included a search box for you to be able to search for specific text and narrow down the results that you get on your screen. So for example here, if I just wanted to find out things about Walden.
I’m just gonna type in and I can see that a membership was created by myself . That was actually done today. And that just gives you a bit more functionality to be able to narrow down your results and hopefully find what you are looking for just a little bit easier.
So just for the very last time, I’m gonna head back to the dashboard and just explain to you that we’ve now implemented a way for our support team to recover a previous version of a page or email that may have accidentally been saved over.
