Let’s say, I want to create a new message and say it’s a email.
I can select Member, and then we’ve got different groups here. So you’ve got all your active members, all members, inactive members. These are the Quoox generated ones that I mentioned that are preset. They’re really, really useful. The benefit of this as well is it also creates groups depending on what memberships you’ve created.
So if there’s a specific membership that you want to email out to, that’s not relevant to the rest of your members, you can do that here, select the specific group. So that’s completely up to you.
It might be that actually you’ve got a new newsletter or email with detailed information about your bikini blast promotion or challenge, whatever you want to call it. So you could put in bikini, start typing and then you could send it to your member group list.
Obviously, at the moment, we’ve only got Marge in there. So you could do that on an ad hoc basis. But when you’ve got more members in a group, this is really useful to be able to send one email, SMS, or schedule broadcast out to everybody within that. I hope that makes sense.
