Hi, welcome to Quoox University.
In this course we’re looking at how we create and send out forms and questionnaires.
So if you’ve watched my previous videos, you should now know how to:
- create one
- where to find them
- how to configure the questions and answers
- And now we’re gonna look at how you can schedule the send out for your questionnaires or forms.
So let’s say for example our test questionnaire is a weekly check-in for example.
So, from the main listings, we can go into view and edit, delete, ad hoc, send out, clone it or with the calendar schedule or view and edit a schedule.
So we’re gonna click on the calendar and we’re gonna add a schedule for this particular form and questionnaire.
So I’m gonna call it: Test weekly check-in.
I’m going to select which one I want to send out and I’m gonna say that it’s valid for seven days and enforce it after one or zero days ’cause I want it to be enforced straight away.
My participants, I’m gonna select my members, so all active members. It’s worth noting when you select the drop downs if you start typing members and scroll through you’ll see that all of your different member groups are also in there.
So memberships, different memberships. If it was specific to them, you can create a schedule for each different member group if you wish.
Then, if I move my bubble head out of the way, we can see the distribution schedule.
So, I wanted this to first occur next Monday.
I want it to go out at nine o’clock and it’s not gonna have a last occurrence ’cause it’s an ongoing weekly check-in.
Then I’m gonna select from my dropdown here or my options here whether it goes out once daily, weekly, or monthly.
As I’ve said about 5,000 times it’s a weekly check-in so I’m gonna do it every one week on a Monday starting from next Monday.
I’m gonna click save.
And now I’ve created my schedule for my test weekly check-in which comes up in my schedules tab where I can then view and edit that should I wish.
I can also then see where my next deployment is as well.
